"Three Castle" EPF light weighted dry wall panel is a high-tech environmental friendly building material. Both our production method and the production extruder have been patented in China for 20 years and 10 years respectively.

"The China Building Materials Circulation Association" has issued a 'Recommendation Certificate' (Certificate number: CBMCA2005020094) early this year (2005) to all-Chinese contractors and associated personals.

Our brand of products "EPF" is now widely used in furnishing and room decoration, as well as for packaging, construction & decorative souvenir. The advantage to our products is the elimination of environmentally polluting formaldehyde, producing nil secondary pollutants such as water and gas, hence providing clients with a "green" alternative.

Adhering to the philosophy and a practice of "using wood grain efficiently results in less forest consumption", we have committed to the development and application of "zero-formaldehyde emission" particle boards so as to reduce natural resources, re-use of agricultural waste products and help protecting the environment.

  • For the time being we only produce light weighted dry wall panels but with our technology we can produce also fire rated doors and moldings.

Special Features:

  1. Waterproofed, fire rated up to 4 hours, shock proof, heat insulated, termite free, non-shrinkage, non deformation and high strength.
  2. Can be sawn and drilled using ordinary tools.
  3. Dry assembly method, low labor intensity, environmentally friendly.
  4. Surface can be painted or beautified by almost all decorative materials such as 'NANO paint', 'solar heat reflective coating' or even 'anti-condensation coating'.
  5. Material cost and labor cost are much cheaper than traditional wall construction method

Merits:

  1. Longtime and strong broad-spectrum antibacterial. The restraining rate for golden yellow staphylococcus and colon bacillus is more than 99.9%.
  2. It can keep the room air fresh due to a fact that there is no unpleasant odour generated from the board when humidity was high.
  3. Crack and damages can be repaired.
  4. Finished surface is of ultra fine having a system of NANO-coating on the surface.
  5. Lightweight and perforated, suitable for all different demands.

Surface Treatment Procedures:

  1. To install moisture barrier system on the substrate surface.
  2. To install the surface rendering, sand-papering (can be wet sand-papering)
  3. To repeat item 2) above.
  4. To install intermediate coating, sandpapering if necessary.
  5. To install topcoat, fully dry and then packaging.

Selection on various topcoats is up to the designer. Ultra-fine surface requirement can be achieved by ordinary NANO -coating; quasi-metallic surface can be achieved by two-pack metallic NANO -coating whereas for ultra hard surface, the baking NANO-coating can be used.
