Step 1 Rinse with high pressure water (no puddle) Setp 2 Spray TRU-SEAL to the surface, TRU-SEAL penetrates into the Old concrete Step 3 Put the Slurry onto the concrete surface Step 4 Put the New Mortar onto the Slurry surface Step 5 Next day, Spray TRU-SEAL to the surface, TRU-SEAL penetrates into the New concrete
